NC Basket Down Stacker
FUNCTION
NC Up & Down Stacker can finish the piling, batching, stacking,
lateral ejecting cycling procedure automatically. The unique design
of end delivery section with the hangling basket lateral ejection
structure balance to each other, synchro-lifting, shorten the batch
change time, reduce the power consumption. It is suitable for high
speed corrugated cardboard production line.

Adopt high quality industrial computer and high performance plc,
the automatic control system have high operating speed and steady
function.
The control system could stock 999 orders, achieve automatic or
manual order changing; the communication interface to be prepared
for connecting the pms to achieve automatic stacker changing and
order management.
It has 6 sections of transportation part. Automatic counting,
automatic order changing and neat stacking.
The first transportation section have air draft device. Four rows
of steel pressing bar to be controlled by independent pneumatic. To
assure the board to be neat stacking in different speed and cutting
length.
The transporting belt to be controlled by converter motor, to
assure the board to be transported steady and counting accurate.
The transporting speed is synchronous with the whole production
line.
