1.Machine Description:

2.Machine function:

* This machine adopt each level independent control, can be easy change between 3 layer and 5 layer, avoid glue dry on the surface of glue roller.

* Air cylinder 4 sets control pressure paper roller up and down, the gap adopt motor adjustment. * The sync settings: the converter motor control its speed, let it sync with the cardboard in double facer, when in a short shutdown, the motor can be in a lower speed in order to avoid the glue do not dry on the surface of glue roller.

* The glue thickness according to speed PLC control automatic adjustment, the electric push rod, sensor, touch screen display accurate data, can also be electric adjustment.

* The gap for Glue roller and rider roller control by electrical and display the value
