Structure characteristic:

*Cardboard transmitting method adopts wind absorption, and keep flute profiles stable under the running condition of high speed.

* By the fan through the vacuum box corrugated paper adsorption in the corrugated roller 180 degrees in the range of negative pressure, to complete the corrugated rolling.

*The width of wind groove of lower roller is not exceeding 2.5mm,and will less single corrugated paperboard stripe trace.

*Transmission part adopt cardan joint transmission, away from vibration source, and make the transmission more steady and reliable, and easy to maintain.

*The speed reducing box is oil-lubricating, closed gear transmission and will reduce machine vibration.

* Use automatic circulation glue supply, pneumatic glue and reset, with buffer effect.

* The glue area is electrically adjusted, and the glue part is independently operated during shutdown to prevent the paste from depleting.

* Upper corrugated roller surface are treated by special mesh snicked and chrome plated.

*The glue part is driven separately and can be pulled and pulled for convenient maintenance and cleaning.

*The corrugated rolling part is designed with separate small wall panels, and the corrugated roller is convenient for disassembly, repair and replacement.

*Upper-lower corrugated roller are made of high quality 48CrMo alloy steel, and after heat-treatment, the rigidity is HRC 55-62, the surface are grinding and plated chrome.

*Flute profiles: A flute height:4.75mm C flute height:3.75mm B flute height : 2.75mm E flute height:1.8mm(the flute profiles can be made according to client’s requirements)
