Usage

The machine presses the cylinder paper into corrugated core paper and glue it together with a smooth piece of paper, come into being single corrugated paper.

Characteristics

◆Flute profiles: A,C,B,E,F,G available.

◆ Vacuum suction system provide perfect flute shape, blast volume controller is equipped.

◆ Separate upper and lower roll from the main machine, with guide way equipped to the bridge ,easy to change rolls.

◆ Gimbal transmission, individual driving box to improve running stability. Closed gear drive and the gears are lubricated with grease to prolong the using life.

◆ Pneumatic control of the upper roll, press roll and gluing roll.

◆ The bearings of corrugated rolls and press rolls are lubricated by high temperature lubricating grease.

◆ Electric control rotating glue roll while the main motor stop to avoid the glue drying .

◆ Automatic adjust glue quantity according speed,electric adjust ment optional.

◆ The corrugated roll is made of special alloy steel of 48CrMo with grinding process and hardened with hardness of HRC56-60. Surface could with tungsten carbide optional.
