Drying joint:

* After the hot plate is welded, the internal stress is eliminated and the surface is polished by grinding hard chrome plating, Pass the national pressure vessel safety inspection with qualification certificate.

* The pressure of cardboard laminating and cooling part is pressurized by press-plate type (15 groups), The clamping plate is fixed on the hanging plate on both sides.

* Attached a set of pneumatic system to control the hanging plate moves up and down with the presser plate.

* The conveyor belt will be automatically raised when the machine stops and manually lowered when the machine is started.

* The upper conveyor belt is attached with a set of tension controllers and an automatic deviation correction device.
